Our mission at BKC Makina is to develop turnkey production facilities that transform organic waste, biomass resources, and agricultural by-products into high value-added carbon products and energy, reducing external dependence and creating sustainable industrial infrastructures. With the systems we design, we aim to enable the production of activated carbon, carbon-based filter materials, biochar, and energy inputs using domestic, efficient, and sustainable methods. This approach is not solely production-focused; it is based on a holistic industrial understanding that prioritizes environmental responsibility, resource efficiency, and circular economy principles.Combining our nearly 30 years of industrial experience with advanced engineering, R&D, simulation, and automation capabilities, we not only manufacture machinery but also establish integrated factories that can generate their own energy, recover process gas, minimize energy losses, and optimize operating costs. In every project, raw material analysis, capacity planning, energy balance, site conditions, and environmental impacts are evaluated in detail. Process design is validated through three-dimensional modeling and simulation studies; manufacturing, quality control, and assembly processes are carried out in accordance with international standards.Thanks to our approach that encompasses all processes from engineering to manufacturing, assembly, commissioning, and performance verification, we offer our customers not just a plant, but a long-term, sustainable, and measurable production infrastructure.
