Trabzon Şerbetli A.Ş.'s Activated Carbon Production Facility was specifically designed and commissioned as a turnkey project, in line with the region's raw material potential and production targets.

During the design process, capacity planning, process flowcharts, reactor structure, and energy efficiency criteria were analyzed in detail; the system configuration was finalized based on tests conducted by R&D and process engineering teams.

The manufacturing process was carried out by a certified production team in accordance with quality standards, and all equipment underwent engineering checks. After the completion of on-site assembly, the automation system was integrated, the production lines were commissioned, and performance verification was carried out through test productions.

Operator training, shift planning, and quality control forms were prepared, and the facility was delivered in working order. Currently engaged in active production, the facility continues its operations with stable capacity and high product quality.
