Tokat Erbaa Integrated Carbon Production Facility

The integrated carbon production plant established by BKC Makina in Erbaa, Tokat, was specifically designed and commissioned as a turnkey project in line with the region's raw material potential and production targets. During the design process, capacity planning, process flow charts, reactor structure, and energy efficiency criteria were analyzed in detail; and the system configuration was finalized based on tests conducted by R&D and process engineering teams. The manufacturing process was carried out by a certified production team in accordance with quality standards, and all equipment underwent engineering checks. After the completion of on-site assembly, the automation system was integrated, the production lines were commissioned, and performance verification was carried out through test productions. Operator training, shift planning, and quality control forms were prepared, and the plant was delivered fully operational. Currently in active production, the plant continues its operations with stable capacity and high product quality.
